Shipping & Ordering
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 days.
We estimate the average delivery time to be between 7 and 12 working days anywhere in the world. Due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19), customs are delaying the shipment of packages. Your orders may take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Most of the orders are handled by UPS for fast shipping.
Don’t worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. If not, your package will be left at your nearest UPS relay point where you can collect it.
Don’t worry, if your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your details. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.
Our products can be shipped separately due to the size of the package. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly. So don’t worry if you receive one item before the other.

If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 15 days of receipt and we will refund the item as soon as we receive it.
However, all returned goods must be in perfect condition and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Proof of postage must then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
